Create a job

Open the Jobs screen, choose New Job, select or add a customer, add work items or saved services, and create an estimate when ready.

Create an invoice from an estimate

Open the job and choose the invoice action. If the job contains billable extras that have not been included yet, Jotbrim is designed to warn you before the invoice is finalized.

Share a PDF

Preview the estimate or invoice and use the device share sheet to save or send the PDF using an app of your choice.

Backup and restore business data

Use Settings → Backup & Restore to export a Jotbrim backup file. Save the file somewhere you control. To restore, choose the corresponding import option and select a valid Jotbrim backup.

Restore Jotbrim Plus

If you previously purchased Jotbrim Plus through Google Play, use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Google Play account that made the purchase. Restoring a purchase does not restore job photos or other local business records; use a Jotbrim backup for those.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Jotbrim Plus subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Open Google Play's subscription management screen from Jotbrim Settings or from the Google Play app to view, manage, or cancel renewal.

Free-plan records

Reaching a free-plan creation limit should not prevent you from viewing existing local records. Paid limits and benefits are shown in the app before purchase.

Privacy and permissions

Jotbrim is designed to request camera, photo-selection, or notification access only when needed for the related feature. See the Privacy Policy for details.
